The deck that took forever.

Ok, maybe not forever. About a year start-to-almost finished. It involved removing and replacing the decking on an older, ground-level deck, relocating a hot-tub (by hand of course), adding a master-suite level deck, and the construction of two landings for a 3-section stairway. A walkway was also built to extend from the lawn to a new floating deck at the water's edge, with a integrated fire pit.

The handrails throughout are glass balusters fit into a custom pine rail system. The decking is standard 5/4 pine decking, with a mitered band around the outer edge.
